Our client, the #1 leading provider of high-quality tour guide systems and communications for is seeking a hungry Sales Representative to drive new business and expand customer relationships. This will be 90% inbound sales, inheriting a list of 500 clients! They have an incredibly strong reputation in the industry and offer innovative radio products that enhance communication efficiency and safety for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of sales processes, be skilled in lead generation, relationship-building, and closing deals. This role requires a motivated, results-driven professional with strong communication and sales acumen.

This is onsite in Charlotte, please only apply if you're willing to go onsite 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of company products and their applications to effectively educate and sell to customers.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Generate new leads and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Conduct high-volume outreach, including inbound customer inquiries and outbound sales calls.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing new business.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations tailored to customer needs.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales role.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities.
  • Experience using CRM tools to manage customer relationships and sales processes.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organizational and technical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 + lucrative commission structure.
