Our client, a Direct to Garment Print producer in the Print on Demand (POD) industry serving merchants and retailers globally, is looking for its founding Sales Executive as it grows its promotional products line of business. The right candidate will be able to bring a book of business as well as land new accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and grow Swiftpod’s market share in the promotional products industry.

  • Leverage existing relationships to onboard new clients and generate immediate sales.

  • Identify and target new B2B accounts.  

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless production and fulfillment.

  • Negotiate pricing and contracts to maximize revenue and long-term growth.

  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to refine business strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales hunter with a track record of success in promotional products that includes apparel sales.

  • Established industry connections and a book of business that can drive immediate revenue.

  • Deep understanding of the promotional products supply chain, pricing models, and client needs.

  • Highly motivated, self-starter mentality with the ability to work autonomously.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with experience in closing deals and managing key accounts.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: $100,000 base, plus commission

  • Health and Dental benefits (after 90 days of employment)

  • 12 days PTO

  • 401k  

  • 6 paid holidays per year
