Our client is a fast-growing and successful Direct to Garment Print (DTG) producer in the eCommerce fulfillment industry. They are  seeking an experienced Robotics Engineer. The right candidate for the role will be comfortable working in a startup environment and building processes and systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution:

    • Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans.

    • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects (contractors, electricians, gas, etc.) 

    • Oversee the entire permitting process, ensuring all necessary local, state and federal permits are obtained in a timely manner to comply with regulatory requirements and avoid project delays.

    • Manage the vendor bidding process, including preparing and issuing RFPs, evaluating bids, negotiating contracts, and selecting the most qualified vendors to ensure the project is completed efficiently and cost effectively.

    • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

    • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

    • Lead project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.

  • Stakeholder Management:

    • Communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations.

    • Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders and provide regular project updates.

    • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  • Risk Management:

    • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

    • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Budget Management:

    • Develop a detailed project budget and manage project expenses.

    • Monitor and control project costs to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

  • Quality Assurance:

    • Ensure the delivery of high-quality project outputs.

    • Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in facilities management or a Contractor preferred.

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and experience.

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with vendors and project teams.

 

Compensation and Benefits

  • $100,000 – $150,000 base depending on experience 

  • Medical and Dental benefits (after 90 days of employment)

  • 15 days of PTO and 3 sick days per year

  • 6 paid holidays per year

Location

Remote 

Around 50% travel across the US (California, Las Vegas, Texas, Virginia, Georgia) and international travel in future (Mexico, Spain, Australia)
