Partner Marketing Manager

Our client is leading business travel platform that helps companies manage bookings for hotels, flights, and car rentals. It streamlines the travel process for businesses, especially small- and mid-sized companies.

Position Overview: The Partner Marketer will work closely with both the internal partnerships team and external partners to develop and execute a robust co-marketing calendar across different channels aimed at significantly increasing partnerships revenue. This role is crucial in onboarding new partners from a marketing perspective and ensuring that all marketing efforts are strategically aligned and highly effective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Co-Marketing Planning: Collaborate with the internal partnerships team to create and implement a comprehensive co-marketing calendar for various types of partnerships, including referral, reseller, technology, and affiliate partnerships. Strategy will span many channels such as events, webinars, co-branded content, email, and in-product promotion. Develop strategies that align with company goals and drive revenue growth.

  • Partner Onboarding: Lead the marketing aspect of onboarding new partners, ensuring they have the necessary tools, resources, and understanding to execute successful co-marketing campaigns based on partnership type.

  • Execution and Optimization: Oversee the execution of co-marketing campaigns, monitor performance, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization to maximize impact and ROI.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with internal teams, including partnerships, sales, product, and creative, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.

  • Partner Engagement: Serve as a primary marketing point of contact for external partners, fostering strong relationships and presenting the company in a professional, growth-led and engaging manner.

  • Analytical Insight: Utilize data and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, track key performance indicators, and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.

  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of organization, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing with strong preference towards partner marketing, channel marketing, or a similar role.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in using marketing metrics and tools.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
