That are now seeking an experienced, creative Marketing Manager to help grow the business. In this newly created role, the Marketing Manager will execute projects and strategies to position the brand effectively, generating high levels of demand from senior leaders at Fortune 100 organizations while elevating brand awareness to attract and retain clients in new and existing markets. This role will also oversee marketing initiatives for live events (about 3 a year), webinars, collateral, social media, and website updates, ensuring the global faculty is well-versed and agile in positioning.
This role isn't recreating the wheel and redefining their brand, it will be a mix of strategy and execution, increasing their social presence, hosting webinars, creating and polishing messaging and collateral, working with a team of creative vendors for campaigns and growing with the brand. There is plenty of room for growth and forging future marketing initiatives!
Responsibilities:
- Execute marketing initiatives to attract new clients and retain existing ones, ensuring a robust sales pipeline and strong brand awareness.
- Manage the design and distribution of brand collateral, ensuring messaging aligns with corporate goals.
- Oversee social media management, engaging internal teams to provide content and creating compelling posts to attract and engage new and existing audiences.
- Leverage an existing network of graphic designers and copywriters to develop and enhance the brand story.
- Collaborate with leadership, the client development team, and global faculty to support and drive marketing initiatives.
- Maximize the impact of the company website by updating visuals, client testimonials, and case studies to highlight key differentiators and drive client acquisition.
- Develop customized collateral to support the launch of new curriculum and events.
- Plan and execute marketing strategies for live events and webinars designed to generate demand, showcase expertise, and provide valuable learning experiences for new and potential clients.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 4 years of marketing communications experience, including brand development, event management, social media, and marketing project management.
- Expertise in either copywriting or graphic design.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies and best practices.
- Ability to translate vision and strategy into tangible outcomes.
- Highly organized and efficient, with strong project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Access to relationships with graphic design firms, copywriters, and marketing professionals.
- Experience in event planning and execution.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating agility between the two.
- Proven track record of exceeding expectations and working in high-performing teams.
- Experience marketing to Fortune 100 executives and understanding how to tailor messaging to this audience.
- Highly productive with strong time management skills and a process-improvement mindset.
