Our client is an successful, fast-growing and well funded travel and hospitality startup revolutionizing the way consumers engage with unique services in a high-demand market. With a focus on innovation and providing exceptional value, they are building a game-changing platform that’s rapidly gaining attention. As they continue to scale, they’re looking for a Head of Product Management to drive product vision, manage the roadmap, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance their digital offerings. The ideal candidate has a strong background in product management and user experience (UX) design, with a data-driven mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences
Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Product Roadmap: Develop and implement a product roadmap aligned with the client's business goals, user needs, and market trends.
  • User Research: Conduct research to identify pain points and opportunities, translating insights into actionable product features.
  • Feature Development: Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria based on business needs, feasibility, and user impact.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer support teams to deliver product initiatives.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics and performance metrics to guide development and validate features post-launch.
  • User Testing: Oversee usability testing, A/B experiments, and user acceptance testing to refine product offerings.
  • Iterative Development: Manage Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and iterate based on feedback and performance data.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the product lead, updating stakeholders on progress, challenges, and performance.
  • Process Optimization: Establish scalable processes to ensure consistent, high-quality product delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Product Management, Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within a travel, marketplace, or startup environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful digital products from ideation to launch.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles and familiarity with design tools like Figma.
  • Data fluency, with experience in tools like Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
