Digital Marketing Manager

Our client is a new player in the direct to consumer wellness sector led by seasoned and successful entrepreneurs. They are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with expertise across digital advertising channels as well as SEO to lead compelling digital marketing campaigns that drive product trial and loyalty. This person will be managing a digital marketing agency to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. They will oversee the planning and execution of campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, content syndication, and display advertising. And they will manage and optimize digital marketing budgets to maximize ROI.

This is a fully remote, full-time contract to hire position.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 7 team leads with digital marketing agency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, design, web development, to align strategies with company goals.

Data Analysis & Optimization

  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate campaign performance and inform strategic decisions.
  • Implement A/B testing and optimization techniques to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Content & Brand Management

  • Oversee content creation to ensure brand consistency and high-quality standards.
  • Develop strategies to enhance the customer journey and online user experience.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
  • Combination of agency and in-house experience
  • Demonstrable portfolio
  • 3 professional references from a range of backgrounds, including agency, contractor, employer and eployee
  • Proficient in analytics, 2-3 social media platforms, BI, Excel

Skills & Expertise

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot), advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads), social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, Reddit)
  • Demonstrable success in managing and scaling large marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.

Compensation and Benefits

  • $62 – 72/hour, depending on experience
  • Eligibility for medical, dental, vision coverage on the first day of the month following 30 days after hire
  • Paid sick leave after 90 days on assignment
