Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute scalable retail strategies aligned with growth objectives.
- Partnership Development: Build relationships with key retailers in health/wellness, grocery, and lifestyle sectors; oversee product launches into new accounts.
- Operational Excellence: Manage inventory, procurement, and demand planning using advanced platforms like NetSuite.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a high-performing retail team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, merchandising, and sales teams to enhance in-store experiences and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in retail growth, particularly in the health/wellness, supplement, or food & beverage industries.
- Proven expertise in scaling retail operations and managing P&L responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems like NetSuite.
- Successful track record of building retail partnerships and launching products into major accounts.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a results-driven mindset.
