Our client is a leading company in screen printing and print-on-demand services. They are seeking a visionary and dynamic CEO to lead and drive the organization’s growth and success. This critical role will oversee a team of 100 employees, ensuring the company’s operations, sales, and profitability continue to thrive while fostering a positive and motivated workplace culture. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of leadership, strategic vision, and hands-on management skills to elevate the company's market presence.
This is a full-time direct hire role based in Ensenada, Mexico.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all company operations, focusing on boosting sales and profitability.

Drive business development by building strong relationships with existing clients and securing new opportunities.

Lead, hire, and inspire a diverse team of production and corporate staff, fostering a positive and high-performance culture.

Directly manage a corporate team of 10 employees, including sales and customer service departments.

Optimize processes and implement efficiencies across production and operational workflows.

Collaborate closely with managers to ensure smooth production, timely deliveries, and consistent quality.

Lead strategic growth initiatives that enhance Tshirtguys.com’s market position and revenue streams.
Qualifications:

Proven leadership experience in retail, apparel, or screen printing industries (CEO experience not required).

Strong background in sales, business development, and client relationship management.

Ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a diverse workforce across different departments and functions.

Solid understanding of production workflows within a manufacturing environment.

Fluent in both English and Spanish to facilitate effective communication and management across the company.
Compensation:
$130,000 – $150,000, depending on experience
