Our client is a rapidly growing eCommerce wholesale company specializing in water treatment solutions. They are on a mission to provide clean, healthy water for all, serving a wide range of customers with high-quality products designed for residential, commercial, and industrial use.

 

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies that drive growth, increase brand visibility, and support the company’s mission. This role is ideal for a strategic and analytical marketing professional with experience in B2B eCommerce and a passion for purpose-driven work.

 

Please note, this role is based onsite in Rancho Cucamonga, five days per week from 8am – 5pm.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to attract and retain wholesale customers.
  • Manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive traffic and lead generation.
  • Lead SEO and content marketing efforts to improve organic reach and engagement.
  • Oversee email marketing initiatives, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.
  • Analyze marketing performance and generate actionable insights to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing aligns with business goals and product strategy.
  • Manage the company’s eCommerce website and continuously optimize for user experience and conversions.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers as needed.

 

Requirements:

 

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within B2B or eCommerce sectors.
  • Proven success in running performance-driven digital campaigns.
  • Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, SEO/SEM platforms, email marketing software, and CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Shopify or BigCommerce is a plus.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
