Our client, a high-end luxury fashion client on an incredible trajectory, is hiring for a Marketing Lead to join their Calgary-based team. Our client has grown to $30M in revenue with a board that has a proven track record of success, and is now hiring their first marketing leader to take them to the next level of growth.

This person will work very closely with the CEO and executive leadership team and will be responsible for the strategy and delivery of growth marketing programs across multiple channels. Strong experience in developing marketing strategies aimed at lead generation in a fast-paced startup environment is important for the role, as well as the willingness to be hands-on executing campaigns in addition to leading on strategy.

This person will primarily focus on paid media across social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and more) and search, as well as developing lead generation and email marketing programs, so wide experience across all of digital marketing is important. You will also be leading a team of content creators, influencer managers, and copywriters, so proven leadership experience is a must.

In addition to a fast-paced, startup environment on track for an exit with a proven team of investors and board, our client offers strong compensation and benefits. Please note: this role will be on-site in Calgary, Alberta.

Salary: $100-150k CAD depending on experience + bonus potential


Responsibilities:

  • Architect and execute high-impact digital marketing campaigns across social, email, SEO, SEM, SMS, and more to drive engagement and revenue.

  • Own campaign analytics—track KPIs, ROI, and performance metrics to continuously optimize for growth and impact.

  • Curate compelling social media content, manage creators, and ensure the brand’s aesthetic and voice are consistently elevated.

  • Manage paid advertising efforts and media buying strategy to reduce CAC and increase ROAS, while aligning with overall marketing goals.

  • Oversee influencer partnerships and affiliate programs to amplify brand reach and generate new revenue channels.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong command of SEM, social, email, and display campaigns.

  • A sharp analytical mindset—you don’t just report numbers, you decode them and turn them into winning strategies.

  • Expertise in Google Analytics and other performance tools.
