In this role as an Ad Sales Executive, you’ll identify and engage potential advertisers, build strong relationships, and close deals that contribute directly to the company’s success. What You’ll Do
- Research and prioritize new business opportunities within our the market.
- Identify and qualify potential advertisers who align with their ideal client profile.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, and strategic prospecting.
- Lead engaging conversations to understand client needs and present advertising solutions.
- Secure meetings between prospects and the sales team, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Own and close smaller deals while contributing to overall revenue growth.
- Provide top-tier customer service to maintain and grow client relationships.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and best sales practices.
- Utilize CRM systems (such as Salesforce) to track and manage leads effectively.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or inside sales
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to grow in a sales-driven environment
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- A positive attitude, a growth mindset, and a passion for driving results
