Our client is a rapidly growing, early stage company focused on bringing modern and renewable technology to communities. Having seen strong success in the Florida market, they are expanding nationwide and their teams are growing. They are seeking a Marketing Communications Manager who will help lead B2B marketing efforts, support growth and enhance the brand by developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communications plans aligned with brand values.
- Execute on marketing plan through project management and media purchasing activities.
- Create compelling content for digital platforms, including social media, website, email campaigns, and press releases.
- Manage content and create posts on website using WordPress.
- Set up email marketing campaigns and automation using HubSpot.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce marketing materials that highlight our products, services, and impact.
- Manage social media accounts, driving engagement and growing our online presence.
- Oversee the creation of sales sheets, promotional materials, and product campaigns.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve effectiveness.
- Lead participation in tradeshows and event sponsorships with the help of an exhibit house.
- Manage external agencies to lead efforts in PR, digital advertising, web design, event management and other areas as needed.
- Ensure all communications maintain a professional, smart tone while being approachable and engaging.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a marketing agency setting.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and brand management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management tools, email marketing software, and design platforms).
