They are seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist will help grow sales and enhance the company brand by developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans, working closely with other departments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day marketing activities and develop and deploy communications that reflect company initiatives, grow marketplace awareness, and promote positive brand perception. Can include social media, graphics, copywriting, digital media placements, partnerships and sponsorships, web, sales collateral, and more.
- Manage social media accounts by creating campaigns and graphics, maintaining editorial calendar, scheduling posts, conducting engagement/performance analysis, and monitoring company page for messages, tags, notable followers, etc.
- Lead paid digital media initiative, mainly PPC and sponsored social media but may evolve to include other digital media. Develop posts and campaigns, monitor and adjust campaigns based on performance, report on final performance and make future recommendations.
- Closely monitor and report on digital performance through CRM, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and social performance to draw conclusions that inform future strategy.
- Manage deliverables of partnerships and sponsorships with various organizations.
- Lead coordination and execution of events, whether as a host, exhibitor, or sponsor.
- Perform certain administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, paid media, social media, SEO, and content strategies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and process information.
- Organization and time management skills.
- Desire to learn and succeed.
Education and/or Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing.
- Experience with Adobe InDesign and other design programs.
- Able to juggle a range of assignments with a results-oriented mindset.
- Experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns a plus.
- Highly organized and proactive with a keen attention to detail.
- Confident and articulate, an ability to interact and present professionally.
Compensation and Benefits
- $70,000 – $80,000, depending on experience
