Head of Sales – Media & Advertising
Our client is a leading media and advertising company known for creating impactful content and strategic brand partnerships. They are looking for a sales leader to drive revenue growth, build strategic sales packages, and optimize the sales pipeline. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales leader who thrives in a dynamic, creative industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive revenue and meet ambitious targets.
- Own the entire sales pipeline and CRM process, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Build and refine customized sales packages that align with client needs and showcase company capabilities.
- Maintain and nurture strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling and long-term partnerships.
- Lead sales reporting, performance tracking, and revenue forecasting for executive leadership.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in media, advertising, or content sales, with experience driving revenue growth.
- Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and data-driven sales optimization.
- Strong ability to communicate value and build compelling sales proposals.

Comp: 120K – 150K base + commissions + benefits
