Our client is a financial services and tech firm experiencing rapid growth, they are now looking for a Marketing Designer to join their team as they initiate new projects in either a remote US or hybrid role in SF or NY. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Design, you would be responsible for creating compelling digital and print assets that elevate their brand and support key business initiatives, from website graphics, email campaigns, and social media visuals to event materials, research reports, and sales presentations, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how they communicate with our audience.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce a wide range of marketing and brand materials across digital and print platforms.
  • Maintain a consistent visual identity, ensuring brand cohesion across all assets and channels.
  • Develop engaging presentations for webinars, business development, and industry events.
  • Stay ahead of design trends to push creative boundaries and bring fresh ideas to the team.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to support business growth.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of design experience in an agency, startup, or financial services environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Figma.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data visualization (charts, diagrams, tables).
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for typography, layout, and brand consistency.
  • Familiarity with motion design, photography, videography, and content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with experience using tools like Airtable or Asana.
  • A team player with a high-energy, positive attitude who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
