Our client is a fast-growing and successful Direct to Garment Print (DTG) producer in the eCommerce fulfillment industry. They are seeking an experienced Robotics Engineer. The right candidate for the role will be comfortable working in a startup environment and building processes and systems.
Responsibilities
This person should have a background in system integration and solid understanding of software and hardware dependencies. You would be part of the research and development and acquisition of a robotic arm, leading the process and collaborating closely with the co-founders and the teams to set it up. With understanding of their business and their use of fully automated printing machines, you would spearhead this automation and help devise the best robotic arm to load, sort, and program (AMR) to bring efficiency to their production facilities.
Qualifications
This is a new role where the co-founders are invested in bringing top line automation to their process, and you will collaborate with the team (engineers, software developers, and project teams) to identify and resolve any issues that may arise. If you have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for robotics, this is an exciting autonomous role where you can lead the project end-to-end and create true value for the organization.
Compensation and Benefits

$80,000 – $200,000 base
