The Fractional Sales Leader will be instrumental in defining and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to propel the organization to the next level. This leader will audit current sales operations, establish a structured and scalable sales plan, and ensure alignment with overall company initiatives. The role requires both short-term action planning and long-term strategy development, targeting hospitality and commercial markets while fostering accountability and intentional growth efforts within the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Audit & Planning
  • Conduct a thorough audit of existing sales operations, processes, and performance metrics
  • Develop a detailed sales strategy and plan for short-term and long-term growth, aligning with company priorities
  • Create a detailed roadmap for a new sales strategy and key milestones of success
  • Team Leadership & Development
  • Evaluate and restructure the current sales team to maximize performance and efficiency
  • Lead an in-house sales team to new levels of performance
  • Introduce structure, accountability, and clear performance benchmarks
  • Market Expansion
  • Identify and penetrate new markets, with a particular focus on hospitality and commercial sectors
  • Develop and execute strategies for targeted customer acquisition and retention
  • Execution & Growth
  • Build and implement systematic sales strategies with measurable KPIs
  • Foster intentional, data-driven efforts to scale revenue upwards of $100M

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in driving significant revenue growth and scaling organizations
  • Expertise in auditing and restructuring sales teams and processes for efficiency and success
  • Demonstrated ability to create and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives
  • Experience in entering and scaling new markets, preferably in hospitality and commercial sectors
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot and a data-driven approach to decision-making

Success Metrics:

  • Achieve outlined benchmarks and KPIs in the first 30, 60, and 90 days
  • Deliver a comprehensive, actionable sales strategy within the first 90 days
  • Demonstrate measurable revenue growth and improved team performance within the first year
  • Expand market presence and establish significant traction in hospitality and commercial sectors
