Our client, one of the most famous and successful QSR brands in the world is hiring a Contract Marketing Coordinator. Our client is known for their innovative, bold and creative communications across multiple platforms and is looking for this person to execute marketing support across the website and across multiple social channels. This role will support various marketing initiatives through digital and analytics reporting. You will gain valuable experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment on several marketing projects at once. This position requires a collaborative attitude with strong written and verbal communication skills who is passionate about digital, social, and traditional marketing.
The Day-to-Day
- Asset Management – organize/maintain all creative assets in the asset library
- Website Maintenance
- Maintain ongoing information updates ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date
- Laison between company and website vendor
- Manage Blog scheduling and posting of content
- Publish digital marketing content
- Monitor, annotate, and track Google Analytics
- Measure Digital traffic from external sources and partnerships
- Social Media Management
- Maintain the Social listening report provided by Social Media team
- Scheduling/posting/monitoring of LinkedIn and other social accounts
- Manage engagement (liking, commenting, etc.)
- Analytics
- Report on growth and analytics of digital marketing campaigns
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
- Collaborate on data collection for Annual Report
- Design, maintain and update creative assets (impact reports, program infographics, etc.)
- Work cross functionally to manage creative and marketing initiatives and ensure timely execution
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Business or a related field
- Highly proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office Software
- Proficient with Adobe Creative suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Proficient working with web content management systems such as WordPress, a plus if you have experience with Pagely
- Proficient with Google Analytics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Knowledge of market research techniques and databases
- Strong attention to detail in an environment that requires extensive multi-tasking and multiple deadlines
- Able to execute deliverables and own individual tasks
- Organizational and time management skills
- Team player with a can-do attitude
