Our successful SaaS client is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to join them on a contract basis starting in September until Dec of 2024, full time hours. 
 
They are looking for a person who has experience with Field Marketing and that can run go-to-market efforts and integrated planning for SaaS enterprise clients. You need experience and a successful proven track record of marketing in the B2B tech space with experince with end-to-end field programming strategy and execution as well as sales enablement.

Responsibilities

Planning & Execution:

  • Strategize and implement high-performing field marketing programs using data-driven approaches.
  • Support and align with sales and marketing teams to drive pipeline and revenue and generate leads
  • Deploy strategies to reach new prospects and expand opportunities with existing customers.

Integrated Campaign Management:

  • Create and deliver fully integrated campaigns that drive sales results.
  • Utilize multichannel tactics such as digital, social media, web, PR, events, and email.
  • Support and execute account-based strategies and programs.

Sales Support:

  • Partner with sales teams and leaders.
  • Participate in sales calls, meetings, quarterly business reviews, and planning sessions to ensure alignment.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of field marketing experience, with at least 2 years in B2B field marketing for SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Experience in Public Sector marketing strongly preferred
  • Strong experience in campaign orchestration, message optimization, persona, and buying cycle.
  • Proven success in field marketing, collaborating closely with sales
  • Strong experience with B2B SaaS event marketing
  • Experience running results-driven marketing campaigns that drive pipeline growth
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience managing multiple initiatives, campaigns, and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, resolve issues proactively, and take ownership of tools and processes with minimal supervision.

This is a full-time, contract position with a mid-august start date, lasting until end of year.
