Performance Account Manager

The Role:
We’re seeking a highly analytical and client-facing Performance Account Manager to lead the charge in managing multiple client relationships. If you have a passion for data and storytelling, and enjoy creating and optimizing digital strategies, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients, delivering impactful strategies in digital services, SaaS, and data/analytics.
- Use data to inform decisions, running A/B tests and other experiments to continuously improve conversion rates.
- Communicate insights from data clearly and compellingly to clients and internal teams.
- Present to stakeholders with confidence, ensuring that both client and team are aligned with the project goals.
- Work collaboratively with designers, developers, and other team members to implement platform enhancements and marketing optimizations.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Account Management, ideally in digital marketing, SaaS, or performance marketing.
- Proven expertise in data analytics, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and performance marketing.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to energize a room and drive client engagement.
- Strong understanding of A/B testing, media buying, and interpreting data to influence marketing strategies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, from designers to developers.
- Commercially savvy, with a focus on both company and client success.
