Our client, an award winning global B2B marketing agency working with some of the top names in B2B tech is hiring for a Media Supervisor for either their NY or SF team. 

Our client works with top tier clients within B2B tech, including LinkedIn, VM Ware, MongoDB, HP Enterprise and more. This person will be responsible for overseeing the planning and buying of digital, print and outdoor media for some of their largest clients, overseeing a small team of junior media planners and coordinators. This role comes with huge room for growth as the agency continues to grow!

This is a hybrid role in either NY or SF, with two days per week in office.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and buying media across digital, print, and outdoor – including content syndication, display, programmatic, paid social, paid search, email, and demand/lead generation
  • Campaign management: planning and briefing, to launching, reporting, and analysis
  • Liaising with internal teams on all aspects of media programs
  • Day to day client media contact, ensuring work is delivered on time and to the high standards
  • Supporting the wider team across all campaigns and client management as required
  • Organizing and juggling multiple clients and projects successfully, including integrated campaigns
  • Demonstrating excellent communication skills, in person, on phone, and via email
  • Creating interesting and engaging client presentations and plans, showing exceptional attention to detail and creative flair

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 4 – 7 years of experience working in a relevant field e.g. Agency or Client-side, planning and executing digital media campaigns
  • Knowledge/experience Media Planning/Buying and Campaign Management on digital campaigns
  • Experience in B2B media, ideally within the technology sector
  • Content syndication mastery required
  • Experience streamlining workflow for content syndication and managing multiple content syndication programs simultaneously
  • Interest and experience in digital marketing and importantly, a client-facing role
  • At least one year of people management experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail; highly meticulous with all client work
  • Be proficient across Excel, Word, PowerPoint, DCM, Google Tag Manager, Convertr, Integrate, Datorama, Dropbox

Salary: $100-140k depending on experience.
